Dr. Neville Bamji delivers exceptionally thorough and personalized patient care to patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal problems. With more than ten years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating complex clinical issues, Dr. Bamji enjoys a wide network of referring physicians from New York City and the surrounding region. He is a skilled and busy endoscopist.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in biology from Johns Hopkins University and his medical degree from Weill Medical College at Cornell University, Dr. Bamji completed an internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell Campus. Dr. Bamji is Clinical Instructor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Deputy Managing Partner at NYGA.
A native and resident of Westchester County, New York, Dr. Bamji has received multiple honors and has published the results of his research studies in leading peer-reviewed journals. He has presented at both national and international conferences. He maintains memberships in the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American College of Gastroenterology. He teaches gastrointestinal endoscopy and gastrointestinal consultation to the GI Fellows at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
