Pathology Ownership• Manhattan GI Pathology, a provider of gastrointestinal pathology services, operates as a division of NYGA.Surgery Center Ownership• The Endoscopy Center of New York and Carnegie Hill Endoscopy are independent ambulatory surgery centers. While they operate separately from NYGA, many of our physicians perform procedures at these centers.• Ownership interests in Carnegie Hill Endoscopy are held by Drs. James George, Asher Kornbluth, Barry Jaffin, Peter Legnani, Steven Naymagon, and Tony Weiss.• Ownership interests in The Endoscopy Center of New York are held by Drs. Daniel Adler, James Aisenberg, Neville Bamji, Jay Desai, Laura Frado, Leon Kavaler, Ken Miller, Yevgenia Pashinsky, Ana Tuyama, and Janie Yang.Research Relationships• In addition to NYGA’s own clinical research division, which collaborates with various entities, some of our physicians also engage in external research activities.
